Q: How do I make a purchase?

A: It is very simple. Once your item(s) are added to your cart, just simply follow the steps to complete your Purchase. I accept payment by Direct Checkout which gives you the option to purchase with your Credit Card. Also this website is fully SSL encrypted using the strongest protections available, so your personal details and payment info will be safe while you make your purchase.

Q: Where are my item(s) shipped from?

A: All items are shipped using CANADA POST from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Q: When will my item(s) be shipped?

A: ALL items are READY to SHIP! Your item(s) will be carefully packaged and dropped off at the post office within 1-5 business days of cleared payment.

Q: When will I receive my Order?

A: You will receive your purchase within approximately 14 Business Days. Your parcel will also have a tracking number so you can check the delivery status online. Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes or fees associated with your purchase. Also during the busy Holiday Season, your item(s) can be delayed due to weather conditions, flight delays, etc. I also cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to Customs, Post Office strikes, lockouts, negotiations etc. Please allow plenty of time for your purchase(s) to be delivered and if you need your item(s) before a certain date, please Contact Me and I will try my best to accommodate you.

Refunds and Exchanges

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL: If your parcel gets lost or damaged in the mail, you will receive a full refund. I will open an investigation with Canada Post and I will contact you for your email address. You will then be contacted by Canada Post and an insurance claim will be filed on my end.

DELIVERY ATTEMPT NOTICE: If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will receive a delivery attempt notice, and you are responsible for picking up your parcel at your local post office. If your parcel does not get picked up, it will be returned to me at my own cost for resale, and you will not be refunded for your purchase.

FEES: Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with your purchase. If they are not paid, your parcel will be returned to me at my own cost for resale, and I will be unable to refund you for your purchase.

CANCELLED ORDERS: I reserve the right to cancel any Order for any reason prior to Shipping. You will be Contacted by email and issued a full refund.

RETURNS: Every item I sell is made with Quality Materials & Great Love and Care! Although I do not accept Returns, please Contact Me prior to purchase if you have any questions or concerns.
